Mr. Wulbern was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, attending local schools including Riverside Presbyterian Day School and Episcopal School of Jacksonville. Mr. Wulbern went on to obtain his undergraduate degree from Tulane University in 1994 and his law school degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 1998.
Mr. Wulbern began his legal career in 1998 as an assistant state attorney in Ocala, Florida prosecuting criminal offenses ranging from misdemeanors to death penalty appeals. He then moved back to his hometown of Jacksonville in 2000 and served as an assistant public defender, defending indigent citizens accused of various crimes. During his tenure as a criminal trial attorney, Mr. Wulbern gained valuable trial and courtroom experience, giving him the foundation to become a successful litigator.
Mr. Wulbern joined a Jacksonville civil litigation firm in 2004, where he worked for more than 8 years representing clients at all stages of civil litigation including trial in both Florida state court and federal court. Mr. Wulbern also has extensive experience representing clients in depositions, hearings, and appeals. He has represented civil litigation clients in cases ranging from complex and multidistrict litigation to minor disputes in county court.
